The Atrium at McDee’s Art Center is available for rent to individuals and groups by reservation only.

Rental rates are as follows:

• The Atrium $250 – includes the use of the Atrium and parking lot, 10 tables and 50 chairs.
  The base fee includes use for up to 6 hours after normal closing or contract time.
  Additional hours will be billed at $35 per hour.
  Sunday and Holiday usage will be charged an additional Fee of $100.
• The Upper Room Area in the Atrium $50 – includes 4 tables and 15 chairs. Evenings $100.
  Use is for meetings of 4 hours or less during the day, additional hours will be billed at $20 per hr.
• Cleaning and damage deposit of $100 will be charged on all events that serve food or beverages.
  This deposit will be returned if the premises are left in a clean condition with no damage to equipment or premises.
• Additional tables are available at a cost of $5 each and chairs at 50¢ each

Access to the premises for purposes of decorating and set-up may be negotiated. Generally the premises are available for rent only during non-business hours. Business hours are 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday thru Friday and 9:30 am until 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Upon the conclusion of the event it is expected that all personal property will be removed immediately unless other arrangements are made. Any items left over 24 hours will be considered abandoned and disposed of by Lessor. The premises must be left in a clean condition with all trash removed, tables and counters wiped down and room left in the same condition in which it was received.

It is up to each individual or group to obtain any necessary permits or licenses for their event.

All existing plants and equipment must be left in place or approval received for moving them. Damage can occur to plants or the floor if not properly moved.

All drawers, cabinets and closets are private and are not considered part of available space. Nor are contents available for use by group.

Any artwork or mirrors on walls are items available for sale, and if damaged or taken will be billed at the retail price marked. Please do not attempt to decorate them.

We request that you advise us as to decorating requirements and we will try to accommodate those requests. Remember however that some requests may be denied.

There is to be no climbing on the rockery or in the pool area of the Atrium.

This is a non-smoking facility. There is to be NO SMOKING inside of the building.
